Hello, my name is Elizabeth J. Melhang, and I am one of four founders of The Cryptid, also known as the blog you’re reading now. As you probably gleaned from the title, this blog is all about the supernatural and borderline unprovable. What we do in a more specific sense is, at commission, go about the U.S.A. and investigate whatever spooky scaries the whistleblower believes they got on their hands. if we take the case, then no matter what the outcome, we will report it here, good, bad, or ugly. Sometimes we will search out a specific oddity, but those are most likely special occasions. We publish once a mouth, the 16th, we make our home in New Orleans, Louisiana, and do our best how we can
